синопсис
Все начинается когда один отвлекшийся прохожий случайно упускает в небо охапку воздушных шаров. От разноцветной «толпы» отделяется Черный Воздушный Шар, вместе с которым мы отправляемся в путешествие по Нью-Йорку и будем наблюдать за городом и его обитателями - сложными существами, чьи жизни полны взлетов и падений. Братья Сэфди задумывали фильм для детей, который в итоге превратился в научно-фантастическую городскую легенду - историю Черного Воздушного Шара.
